There are basically two types of girls who like to expose themselves during Mardi Gras. On one hand, you have the exhibitionists who like to stand up on the balconies. There they can be assured of a jumbo crowd of appreciative viewers, but there's no chance of being physically molested by the passers-by. Then you have the beauties who go down to street level. These tramps tend to be even less inhibited than the hotties on the balconies, and they find themselves physically touched by the guys that they are exposing themselves to, as well. It's part of the appeal for these spring break starlets; they're looking for some big dickheads to suck and bang!
